1. Services Provided

Our services include life coaching sessions, courses, workshops, digital content, and other resources designed to support personal and professional growth. These services are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or financial advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or book our coaching services. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Coaching Disclaimer

Life coaching is a collaborative process that is designed to facilitate the creation and development of personal goals. It is not therapy or counseling. You understand that the coach is not a licensed psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical professional and that the services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental or physical health condition.

4. Payments and Refunds

All coaching sessions and products must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments via PayPal, Square, Venmo and CashApp.

Refund Policy:

• Coaching Sessions: Non-refundable.

• Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, purchases are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

• Workshops or Courses: Refunds are only provided if canceled by the event organizer.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Failure to do so may result in the session being forfeited without refund. Repeated cancellations may result in termination of the coaching relationship.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and downloadable materials, is the property of Kia N. Williams Life Coaching LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Confidentiality
